Shipping costs are included in the purchase price of all items in the "Wholesale Case Lot" category, however, there may be additional surcharges for oversize packaging, very heavy products or packages, or products requiring special shipping and handling procedures such as hazardous or flammable materials. Additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be noted on the product information page.

SPECIAL DELIVERY TIMES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL ITEMS IN THE "WHOLESALE CASE LOT" CATEGORY

80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Calf Creek General Store always endeavors to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, back-ordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. If you order several different products at once they may come from multiple shipping points and may arrive on different days.
Some products (such as pallets over 500 lbs.) may require shipping via common carrier. Delivery time for orders exceeding 500 lbs. may take longer to ship. Calf Creek General Store will contact you as to the actual ship time and coordinate the arrival of the shipment with you.
Customers shall be advised as to back-ordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available.
